Returns & Exchanges

At Haq The Label, we take pride in creating timeless modest pieces with quality and care.

We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference. However, we are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Items must be requested within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

For hygiene reasons, hijabs, caps, and sale items are final sale unless faulty.
