Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Haq The Label is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once parcels are dispatched, shipping delays are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist where possible.
